    For completeness, here is a link to Version 5 of the original draft Practice Direction (29 February 2004) by Sandra Potter. This version was based on an Australian model and was completely replaced by the 26 March 2004 LiST draft, above.

    08 July 2005 Update: The consultation period has now closed. This sixth and final draft has been submitted to the Department for Constitutional Affairs for their consideration. We should like to extend our gratitude to all those who provided such cogent and useful comments on all earlier drafts.
